At Taibrowz, professionalism, safety, and exceptional results are our top priorities. Please review all policies prior to booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Retainer

* A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to secure your appointment.

* This amount will be applied toward your total service balance.

No retainer = no appointment confirmation.

Rescheduling

* Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your retainer to a new date.

Cancellations & No-Shows

* No-call / no-shows will be permanently banned from future bookings.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will result in a forfeited retainer and a new retainer will be required to rebook.

Late Policy

* A 10 minute grace period is allowed.

* After 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and the retainer forfeited.

No Extra Guests

* For the comfort, safety, and focus of your session, no children or guests are allowed during your appointment.

Pre-Appointment Restrictions

*To ensure optimal results, please avoid the following 24–48 hours prior to your appointment:

❌ Alcohol
❌ Coffee, soda, or caffeine

❌ Tylenol / Ibuprofen (blood thinners)
